Yes you will be shipped the exact product that you ordered.
Check your email for your invoice. Make sure you have put in the correct email and that it was spelled correctly. Also, sometimes your email provider may accidentally place emails in your spam/junk folder… so make sure your settings are set to receive our emails in your primary email folder.

We do our best to make sure that we are always in stock. But, we will restock unless we discontinue a certain product. Email us for questions regarding order purchases and if we are still selling certain products.
We primarily ship via USPS and we’ll email your USPS shipment tracking number so you may see the status of your delivery.
Other shipping carriers we use at certain times are the following: UPS, DHL, FedEx for certain conditions or requests.
Email us if you prefer a certain shipping carrier and for International shipping concerns. Currently, USPS is our primary shipping method for U.S. orders.
We offer Next Day Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping, 3 Day Shipping and Regular Ground Shipping. Regular ground shipping orders approximately take 4 to 10 business days or sooner. We will notify you by email if the business days for mailing changes outside of 4 to 10 business days.
